GTA 5 XBOX 1 MISSION BUG

Hi yesterday I was doing a mission list 1 did a list of 10 missions and at the end of it all my ammo had vanished upon re entering a session costing 126k and today I did same list again and I lost 24ks worth of ammo after the 1st mission Deal Breaker why would this have happened?

 

The 1st time it happened was after loading back into a session after my 10 missions the 2nd time I lost the 24 k of ammo after the 1st mission was completed and had no explosives or pistol ammo upon finishing the list.

I think this was my disc I cleaned the disc and have not had this problem since although I don't know how finger prints got on the disc as I never put my fingers on that side of the disc anyway its seems fine now.

That's really not how it works...

 

There is a bug that randomly wipes ammo (covered in several topics). Rockstar don't seem interested in fixing it.
