GTA 3 Liberty Unleashed DLL Error

Hi guys! , How are you? Well, I'm new to the forum, so if I make a mistake in writing this post, I can happily leave the rules / suggestions to make a good post.

 

Well leaving that aside, I'd like to be helped with an error when I try to open the GTA 3 Liberty Unleashed, You know, The mod to play Online for what I saw.

 

But when trying to open, I throw a DLL error saying that it is missing on my computer, Something wrong since I checked that I have it and even reinstalled both the DLL and the MOD But the problem continues, It has already happened to someone ? Will it be because I have the GTA 3 Unofficial or something like that? Any solution?
