PS4. Still have my original account on PC that has managed to survive the worse of the money wipes and was recently filled with Deluxo bonds on both characters, just in case. I log into it for log in awards if I remember/can be bothered.

I'll probably go back to PC if/when updates stop. While I'm still playing regularly I'll stick to PS4.

E: Anyone on PS4 feel free to add me. Don't get as much play time as I use to, but I'm usually up for helping with sales, contact missions, heists etc.

Xbox 360 > Xbox One > Xbox One X

Was sceptical about upgrading to the X, but then I went round to my pals and saw his running. It is definitely better in terms of load speeds and graphics performance etc

Im sure that PC is even better, but from what I hear, its just too messy in terms of how it can be hacked, modded, glitched, cheated on etc

Consoles may be thought of as the PCs poor relation when it comes to games, but we dont have to put up with all that for the most part.

Plus, I like things simple to use. Im not interested in how they work or fettling with them, just what they can do straight out of the box.

100% on the PC right now. I originally had the game on the PS3, but I haven't checked that option because I don't play it on that any more.

I've always liked a console for racing and footie games in the living room, but for any game involving shooting I am a million times better at aiming with a mouse and keyboard. Beyond that I'd describe myself as fairly platform neutral.

It probably is overdue that I upgrade my trusty PS3 which is about 13 years old now! I'm sure it will come to the PC eventually, but I may use RDR2 as an excuse to splash out on some new hardware. The question is, do I go for Xbox or PlayStation?

Started on PC and still on PC. Never owned a console in my entire life anyway.

Almost the same situation. I had PS1 and PS2 many years ago though.

I will likely buy a console before the next GTA is released. Don't want to wait PC release over a year again.

PC.
And not because of 60 FPS and 4K stuff, my monitor is 59 GHz anyway. It's because i'll never learn how to play shooters with a gamepad. The only console i have is my PS1, i remember the struggles i had when i tried to spit that green rocks in Spyro game.

My flatmate has GTA V on PS4, once he gave me to try it out there, i felt somewhat restrained or something. But atleast driving was good.
Also PC gives me an opportunity to download mods, which opens a wide new world in this game.

Please dont post any "pc master race" or "console peasant" comments, it's not productive and never ends well. Thank you (:

I was about to in my post but I refrained from it :D

Having played on PC and console it feels just as unsatisfying as killing with a mouse on PC. PvP in this game is a broken mess regardless of the platform.

Ridge Racer, and then Gran Turismo caught my eye early on...

Playstation ever since. PS4 currently, still got my old consoles too, lol.

So many memories. Great times. :)

Yeah, for some that's the game (killing folk). But for me and many, far more than just combat out there. Lol.

Challenges are great, but this game allows that and so much more.

#PCMR

I'm sorry, Amy. I tried.
But it's ironic so it doesn't count!

Mainly because of this

Also don't have any other platforms and can't afford paid subscription. Edited by ⁣V⁣

PC.

P.S. Why poll has to be anonymous?

Because some people might not want to state what platform they are on, if they want to volunteer that information they can make a post saying which one they are on like a few people have.

I started back on 360 at day one, got myself nice Collectors edition of the game. Later I moved at Xbox one because of character transfer and stayed there until I sold all my Macbooks and iMacs and decided it's the time to get back to Windows. Never was happier after that even that I missed transfer deadline to transfer my character.

What I like about PC:

  • I can play with mouse, keyboard and gamepads of my choice;
  • I can enjoy 60 fps with the ultra graphics and AA;
  • I can listen to whatever music I like with any player of my choice: simple mp3 or FLAC rips of my own CDs that I usually listen via receiver;

What I like about consoles:

  • No cheaters, only glitchers;
  • Easier to transport if you want to.

I'm a practical guy and there is no way I'll participate in consoles vs PC dumbfest, it's just my personal opinion. The biggest issue with XB1 for me is the absence of anti-aliasing and a bit dumbed down lens effects. Play with whatever you like and whatever you have and in no circumstance don't make a fool of yourself trying to prove your superiority based on the platform of your choice.

PS4. I've always been a playstation gamer. Probably always will be.

Though I do play some games on PC, but since my current one is powered by 3 potatoes and a battery taped together, I'm not playing anything like GTA 5 on it lmao.

PS4, I’ve been a playstation gamer for as long as I can remember, I have a launch edition PS3 from 2006 and continues to work like a charm despite the fact that the original models were notorious for getting the yellow light of death. fortunately mines isn’t among those!

Started off on Xbox 360, upgraded to Xbox One a few years back - tried it a few times on PC but it wasn't my cup of tea, mainly because I don't like sh*tty modders/cheaters/glitchers or whatever you want to call them in my tea.
