EricPlayZ
Hey guys, just created a account on the forums just for a problem. For some reason, when I try editing anything in pc/data/maps (or adding another folder, e.g. a map mod) the game crashes when loading into the save game. Any reason for that? I'm using 1.0.4.0.Specs: Intel HD Graphics (integrated gpu) Intel Celeron 1000M 4GB RAM Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit I can't seem to find any solution, anywhere. Edit: Found the solution. I was so dumb... I replaced gta.dat with the map's one and it should have worked but I forgot about the newhandling.dat which was required for the add-on cars to work so when I replaced it, the line was deleted, and now it works perfectly fine. But, editing .ide files from pc/data/maps still makes the game crash, for some reason. I deleted the props and stuff like that by deleting the .img files though so it's fine now, everything is good. Thanks for the help though. Edited March 14, 2018 by EricPlayZ

EricPlayZ
Used OpenIV to edit? You didnt mentioned that if you do. Nope. Does that have to do anything with my problem though? Cuz putting a map shouldn't require openiv, right?

EricPlayZ
Wrong. On what you gonna import ODR/OBN then lol?? Umm... well the map didn't have such files? Edit: I don't think you understand what I meant. I meant by installing a map (like countryside mountain) not importing my own map or sh*t like that.
