I never seem to be paying other players insurance costs...

So I always see people on here complaining about having to pay 20k to shoot down deluxos, oppressors, etc- I've never had these costs incurred on me for blowing up other people's stuff, as far as I know. Am I missing something? Are you not charged if you're registered as a CEO? (Cause I'm a ceo roughly 99% of the time im in a public lobby)

If you're doing work, you won't pay for insurance.

Also if you are on PC, insurance costs were removed all together.

As REXX suggested, but also, anyone you kill that has a bounty on them. No bills for taking them out with their vehicle too.

I seem to be the opposite. I pay (rather I get charged) for blowing up Deluxos, oppressors etc.

All the while the same morons in their vehicles don't pay sh*t when they blow up my PV's. This is all taking place in free-mode on the playstation four and no events what so ever. R* Should just remove the bad sport & Insurance payments all together as it's a nuisance and unbalanced system I'm finding. My friends find the same too.

Or if they can't be a$$ed to remove it, just insert a few lines of code along the lines of if both players have a few kills against each other, they won't have to pay insurance or get bad sport points for destroying each others vehicles. That way it doesn't come off as an unprovoked attack.

Ah that'll do it. Wow, thays pretty unfair that they exist for console but not pc. Its a really dumb mechanic in the first place.

Whats the logic there? There'd be even more modders if it existed?

Well that for starters and I'm sure someone would find a way with a Mod-Menu to charge someone for vehicle insurance despite the victim not even touching the vehicle in the first place. At least Rockstar tried to do something but the same principal needs to be applied on all platforms for starters.

cheaters can blow up entire lobbies using another player as the killer so that player would get charged tons of insurance.

It's a good thing, paying insurance for blowing up vehicles is beyond ridiculous.

I am sure I have to pay my pv's insurance in I/E sourcing mission.

No, modders can detonate an entire lobby under someone else's identity and charge that player hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on how many PVs get caught in the griefing.

^ That shouldn't be possible anymore; the fraud element of that was prevented by means of removing insurance when blowing up other player's vehicles.

You'll still be charged for insurance on PC though if you destroy your own vehicle, so it hasn't gone altogether.

VIP/CEO work, not business related.
