Should I worry about this?

Hi!

 

Today I decided to go in public session. When my character's apartment was loaded, it was on fire like a volcano. I quickly pressed alt+F4 and quit from the game. Hearing these banned without reason stories or banned because of modders I'm a little nervous about this case. Is this something I should be worried about or I'm just being silly with my worries about such thing?

No. Unfortunately these things happens every now and then. Just change session. No need to quit the entire game.

It wasnt fire, it was just Aurora Borealis.

Aurora Borealis?! At this Time of year, at this time of day, in this game, localized entirely within his apartment!?

Wasn't funny when that happened, that's why I quit from the entire game, because I better be safe than sorry, but I guess I have to get used to that these things can happen in public session, if I want to set my foot in it ever again.

 

 

Thank you all for your answers. Now I know that I shouldn't worry about it, that sometimes it's just a part of a day in the public session.

I must admit I've seen a lot of wild and crazy stuff from script kiddies, but setting your apartment on fire is a new one to me; sorry this happened to you! Ugh.

 

Another one that bugs me is when they spawn a car (or cars) in the LSC when you're trying to sell a vehicle:

Ah, it's okay. Luckily so far it has happened only once and most of the times my experience with public sessions is good. I've seen few things cheaters can do in public session on youtube, but this one I see first time. I'm really sorry that someone tried to ruin your fun in game. I know how annoying it can be when you just want to play game and have fun, and then shows up someone who has nothing better to do than trying to ruin fun.
