LordLoff
Maybe is just me but I could guess many of you do not know that when you are registered as CEO and already own an Dinghy, you can call it free and it will spawn right next to you, anywhere in the midfle of the vast ocean If you stay next to water on the beach it wont work but as soon as you step on the water and start swimming or get lost/stranded anywhere in the water map, call your Dinghy and is right there, no matter how far you are from shore Forget the Damm Pegasus I can remember countless situations when knowing this would have saved me time, lives and even sales product Very usefull for water supplies recovery, taken down pilots and freeroam fights, since the Dinghy can work as an ocean platform from where you can snipe back land players or flying aircrafts - just hope on (square) instead of drive it (triangle) Very cheap and fast, even with no discount - 166K - I just bought one and tested, as long as you are swimming it spawns right next to you on the CEO menu A Game Changer Edited March 7, 2018 by LordLoff chef_archie
whywontyoulisten
I tend to use the Merryweather boat pickup at $250 a pop. Shoot the driver and the boat is yours. It's not really worth investing in the Dinghy unless you've got money to burn. Edited March 7, 2018 by whywontyoulisten

flexcreator
I believe they added Dinghy to the CEO menu after Finance & Felony. Reading patchnotes after a DLC release can be useful and I highly recommend it to any player. Lonely-Martin, LordLoff and Gridl0k
Lonely-Martin
Yeah, added with the crates DLC. Saved me some time a good few times too. And compared to todays prices, cheap as chips too. If anyone is serious about getting some goodies out of GTA these days, 166K is just change in the pockets and you would be surprised by checking how many millions those small spends and fees become really quick Only $125k if you'd have completed Humane Labs, could even just be the EMP job that unlocks trade price. (Not to be confused with Deliver EMP. The job I mean is the one where you use the Dinghy to board the Aircraft Carrier and steal the Hydra). DentureDynamite
That has a long cooldown and I heard when you shoot a driver or chopper pilot it will be harder to get a next one, but not sure if is true. Not harder; you just get a polite but angry message from the Merryweather operator: "Due to your recent actions, your service privileges have been revoked. They may be reinstated at a later date." Exactly how long that is I don't know--have never timed it--but I'd guesstimate around five minutes IRL. It's similar to how Lamar gets honked off at you when you do the gang attack at Strawberry (Families), then call him up and try to get a Mugger. Since he's part of the Families, he cusses up a storm at you and won't give you a Mugger for a while. I still think a short cooldown and free of fees to call your Dinghy much trusty and quite cheap on the long run, anyway being a recent addition, I think it was important to post it here Now we need a Naval DLC and being able to upgrade and store our Dinghy on our own MOC Dock and ofcourse, weaponize it, lol
Piro
Yeah I know about the CEO dinghy. If they ever add custom boats to this game I bet they will work just like that. Imagine if they added to that list not only boats but all amphibious vehicles, Including Sea Sparrow, Sea Breeze, Tula and Kraken.
LordLoff
Maybe if we get a Naval DLC the oceans will have the attention they deserve Piro
dieseltech20
I did not know this, thanks. Was not aware of 166k being such a huge investment that it takes “money to burn” either.

Is so cheap compared to other useless crap like the Chernoborg, lol, and if you hosted the Humane Labs Heist is just 125K Lonely-Martin
BLACK DYNAM1TE
If you started GTA after 2015 I feel players shouldn't be allowed to make "discoveries". To save you even more time with future threads OP, ANY of the CEO vehicles in the list that you've purchased will become free, even if your working for an Organization VIP/CEO (maybe MC, I don't own a MC Club) who doesn't own any vehicles i.e. Buzzard, Brickade, Turreted Limo, etc,,,,
