TIME TRIAL: "POWER STATION"

Earn some extra green in this week's Time Trial through Palmer-Taylor Power Station. To give it a shot, set a waypoint to the marker on your in-game map and enter via the purple corona. Beat par time and you'll be duly rewarded with GTA$ & RP.

Yeah...no. Stunt races are almost all just straight lines and soft corners, its not racing its driving in a line waiting for catchup to kill your momentum until youre overtaken. That or its a bunch of players having a seizure while they curb boost every f*cking chance they get...As a racing fan (other games not GTA) Im not about to waste any time on this sh*t.

 

Ive been sitting these last couple of weeks out...whatever the next update is needs to offer something more than some new cars and a crappy paywall business or I may just have to actually do productive things in my spare time.

Stunt races pays decent when winning in a full lobby imo but I'm more after the wins and rp this time, forgot that I have money on my second character also so I should be good for the next update and should be fine the next after that also if I just continue playing the game and having fun

Guess Ill dust off the ol racing gloves and focus on driving competitively for a day or two. Guess its a good week to take a break from the game (with a wedding coming up and a work trip to Vegas next week). Hopefully Ill come back to a DLC next weekend.

I'm not sure that anyone at R* is aware that there are other modes apart from adversary modes and stunt races. But there are!

• DMs and TDMs;
• Regular races (wow, they exist!);
• Contact missions (like all of them, not a damn fraction);
• Sport games like tennis and golf.

 

Why on earth can't we get double RP and $ for any of these activities? It's not like I'm talking about 2x on VIP work, IE or biker stuff, all above are forgotten but still quality game modes.

 

And if R* cares to add some new CUMMING stunts, how about they consider the goddamn triathlon, not the bugged transform races, but adult version that was already in the game and proved to be popular from SA times?

Add things like survivals and parachuting, hell, what about double cash and RP on Flight School? I'd bet most of the post Doomsday new players haven't touched that, I'd go back and try to beat my times.
