no icon for mission

HI all,

 

I hope I posted in the right forum

 

I finished mission fame of shame and the end of the mission it states to meet Dave a the observatory with Micheal. However, there is no blue Icon there. I went there and Dave is not there. I tired phoning him on multiple occasions. I have waited for days and replayed the mission fame of shame aswell hopeing it would trigger the blue icon. Should this mission not be availble straight away?

 

There are also no other icons avaiable ) other than races. I tried saving quick save and loading new slot. I tried the cab thing and reload a screen as suggest in other forums. I tried sleeping and fast forwarding time. I finished all the flight school, did all the races...etc....

 

Any suggestions?

Tech support told me to clear the games cache that will help from user profile ..this will not delete any game data
