Editing attributes of the cars stored in garage

Do anyone knows any editor with which I can edit these attributes on the cars stored in garage?

XB36Hazards Save Editor, works for SA, all series of IV and V (all versions) to add/remove/mod vehicles in garages + edit some stats (although for stats there are less glitchy editors than this). Also possible to add vehicles like Cargo Plane or Train to drive in V for example, and in SA and IV possible to add BP/EP/FP/DP/(MP) properties and change colours. Using editor sor fun - extra cool and should try but for aquiring special vehicles, naah bro don't use mods.

If you're searching for a Save Editor for SA, I suggest the XB36Hazards Save Editor too, just as what MM KJ said, it can edit Saves of IV and V also.

I have to thank the Staff for making this an individual Topic outside the SA Guide (as these Posts above including mine were in the SA Special Vehicle Guide).
