Grand Theft Auto V has stopped working loading online

I have deleted DxTory and verified my files even unstalled and then reinstalled on my external SSD. I have a Windows 10 Laptop. It will load up story mode fine but when I try to load GTA Online it will say "Joining GTA Online" then it freezes and then it says "Grand Theft Auto has stopped working" Here is what my launcher log file says

Update: updated some drivers so gonna try it out.

 

Update: Nope. Did not work. This hasnt happened before.

 

Update: After checking Windows Firewall I did have to check 2 boxes to allow GTA so after that and making a exception for ports its working!

May I know more on what firewall setting is that? I have been dealing with "saving failed- cannot connect to Social Club Cloud" something like that... I am eager to try ways to tackle this issue as Rockstar has yet providing help.

Well all you do is go into firewall and go to "Allow a app or feature" im on windows 10 so thats on the left side in the window. I click on that then there is a list of programs that you can check both boxes for GTA V to be allowed on Private and Public connections. I hope it helps!
