My mod pack contains content made by me, but also other creators, is it still allowed?

Kyle's Cleo Myths Super Pack adds over 57 Monsters around the map of San Andreas, many of which are made by me, but there is also content made by other modders, I have fixed or remade some of the mods not made by me.

Is the pack still allowed?
