While playing GTA3 on my friends PC recently I noticed the amount of slopes and drops in III and that there are like none in VC. Hills can add a lot more action to a high speed chase scene but VC has like a 10ft elevation near the North Point Mall and thats it. Ugh. Wake up R* , maps make or break a game. And if you really can't stand it because there are no hills, wait for San Andreas - it'll be like San Fransisco - loads of huge hills + jumps!!
