There's also that pesky little restriction to where a user can only change his name ONCE every 365 days so even IF someone did hack your account they wouldn't have been able to change your username anyways since you only joined back in December 2017 so you wouldn't be able to change your name until December 2018 so the only people who can change your name are Site Admins and as Arthur pointed out you asked for your name to be changed which it seems like Voodoo did for you.

 

So yeah you're lying
