With the euphoria mod for IV in mind and the characteristic of the player or pedestrians falling in multiple circumstances while playing GTA's like IV or V i created this mod, which makes you fall when shot multiple times, this allows the cops to arrest you, or the enemys to close in for the kill if you don't take cover in shootouts.

Great! Finally you opened a workshop, also I didn't know you have such number of mods. :O

 

Most of these were unreleased, since i learned coding, i just can't help but adapting the game to my way of playing.

Is amazing that everything you've done is from decompiling already compiled scripts and learning from them in low level syntax. Just like me when started with CLEO... and still learning. :)

Thanks man, what happened to that total conversion you and the other guys were thinking about doing? there was some good potential there.

I'm actually waiting on either lowpolyped's or OGMoney's word of clearance to move on with it, and I'm also not even a leader or anything so I really don't know.

I know man, i really was very lazy on the idea of reading tutorials, but i am doing it now whenever i don't know how to do something, i'm actually trying to learn memory adresses and stuff for a mod which involves locking cars, i actually asked for help on the coding section, check that out if you have time.

 

But however, give me some credit man! most of this has been done just knowing how to read and write a code and using the search engine for the opcodes, i don't edit other's people stuff no more, thank god and dedication for that.

Hands down to both of you because we are in the same boat and I need to recognize your dedication too. Just learning from low level syntax can be easy from a script to another but when you decompiles an advanced one with hex stuff, weird memory addresses and sh*t it turns in a pain in the ass but if you can edit them, no matter what are you editing, even if is a simple GXT string... that means that you are learning and still. ;)

No, vc hit squad is actually there, i think you missed it while scrolling down, the link is one line down from the Sa version.

By the way, i'm inclined to take requests so i can keep the workshop alive so, bring it on people

Oh you're right, the VC version is there. Also I did a little edit to your SA hit squad script, removing all GXT strings to match VC version. Now you don't know when they will come. :p

 

About requests, what about a hit squad script for GTA3?

Thanks man, that unarmed gangs fix was actually my first mod, it was an edit of a mod made by fabio, i canno't stress how much i wanted that fix, i played sa for the first time like at 10 on the ps2, and the fact that ballas would just stand there as i was shooting everyone around whenever they were unarmed used to make me crazy as a kid, been this way forever, so i had to do it.

-The rent will be charged weekly on mondays, the average houses charge 200 weekly which constitutes 800 monthly, the more pricey houses, like the mulholland mansion, and other expensive ones, charge on average 700 weekly, keep this in mind when considering getting a new home.
-The rent prices were researched, 810$ aproximately was the average price of rent in the 90s in USA monthly, therefore what the player will be charged, makes sense.
-You will only be charged for the houses you own.
-If you don't have money, you will get in debt.

I have an idea on the renting mod; how about when you approach a property to buy you're faced with two options:

A) Pay 1/20 or some other small bit of what the original was and have to keep paying that amount on a constant (for a $180,000 house, you only have to pay 900 each week because 180,000/2 = 900)

B) Pay the full price and not worry about rent

 

Otherwise, it looks nice! I'll have to give it a spin next time I have SA open.
