So take the "drunk" coding and make it into an icon or item so it can be purchased and the effects last for like 4-5 mins. Getting chased by the FBI on a PCJ600 while drunk would be funny as hell. It shoulda been made available once you've completed Phil's missions, for sure. I'm certain someone (in the modding section of the forums) would be up for trying that one, Mini gun.
