Models showing up in OpenIV but not in game

Hello, everyone. I recently have tried to install custom cars for my GTA V, but as i change them and spawn them in game they show up as default vehicles.

I am using a mods folder and i have installed OpenIV.asi and ASI Loader, but they still are the same.. Help?
