Is it worth buying PS3 if I dislike next-gen GTA Online?

If you already had a ps3 I would say go ahead and get the game. If you really dislike CG that much and you are really leaning towards buying a PS3 then Id say get yourself a jailbroken PS3 this way if you do run into modders you can easily restore your own stats and be able to defend yourself if needed.

I went back to ps3 recently to help a friend with some heists and other than the graphics being slightly off there was no difference really. There was no lag on my end. Everyone played, had a good time just like the old days.

It depends on what you are into. Do you play solo? Do you have friends already on PS3?

If you are into free roam there are still plenty of great wars to be had on ps3.
