Bunker or MC Businesses?

So Ive got around 2.15 Mil in the bank and want to purchase my next business. Ive already got the apartment, office, vehicle warehouse and special cargo warehouse.

 

I was going to get the Bunker, since it pays out slightly better, but with the 25% off sale on all biker upgrades, and supplies and 25% bonus cash on all Biker sales, I thought maybe it would be a better time to get the MC Clubhouse and start up one of the businesses.

 

What do you think?

I currently have all of those.

I'd go with Cocaine before any of the other MC businesses or Bunker. It will give you the most bang for the buck to build your nest egg back and keep expanding.

I'd personally get the bunker as you will need it anyway for weapons etc. Unless you plan on doing both eventually.

Bunker.

 

Less handholding for more passive profit (once upgraded), you can sell upwards if 1/2mil in product by yourself in most mission types vs 1/10 mil for MC stuff, not as buggy as MC stuff, and most importantly, gun upgrades and the Phantom Custom.

I was leaning toward the bunker, but do you think I should take advantage of the 25% off on MC upgrades? I would save almost 500k on that alone, not including the 25% off the supplies and 25% bonus on deliveries for the next several days.

 

If the bunker is still more worth it, let me know!

I do eventually want to have both a bunker as well as a MC business.

If you're ONLY interested in making cash, MC Coke is the way.

If you're looking to get your MOC and your weapon upgrades (which take FOREVER) as well, get started on your bunker.

 

Like everything else in GTAO, it all depends on your goals and playstyles.

Both make nice money. Coke makes it faster, Bunker offers MOC and eventual weapon benefits.

I respectfully disagree Greg. Once bunker is upgraded you can passively make 210k every 2.5 hrs with 10 minutes of work and a 75k investment in supplies.

 

I haven't seen how you can come close to that with coke, especially considering the other 400k to 800k you can make in that 2.5 hrs while guns are being built by doing vip work and selling top range cars.

 

With coke you either need a full crew or you have to stop and sell at <100k or less.

Personal preference really but I'd sway towards the Bunker. And hey if you're lucky you may get some nice unlocks from the research, with in being random and all. God help you if you get 10 different paint jobs early on though.

 

As an aside for the other point, I've sold full $420,000 values of Coke solo before.

Don't get me wrong, I run Bunker, Coke, Meth, and Cash - and sell a 100K car on the side in between murder sprees. If you have friends (I know that's a tall order in GTA) doing everyone's sales keeps the extra money constantly coming in. I usually short-sell the Bunker for the 210K (or whatever it is) except on weekends. Supplies for MC sales can be a non-issue if you put in your homework, and that's all I'm gonna say on that.

 

Also with the advent of the Jetpack and to a lesser degree the slow as molasses Deluxo for quick returns to the business, you can single-man just about every MC sale in little time if necessary (F.U., Seaplanes and Post Ops). Single-manning most FULL bunker sale types are usually not likely.

 

Both of the OP's choices are valid and he should be working to get it all going ASAP. Having a good group of guys to work with, I'd favor MC businesses. Playing alone, I'd probably go Bunker doing one supply purchase sales- especially if not worrying about the MOC or MKII weapon upgrades right away.

 

I'm not arguing against the Bunker. It's a great option. Knowing what I know now, it just wouldn't be MY first business preference. Your mileage may vary,

Bunker has better logistic than MC businesses, but MC supplies are potentially infinite(not possible with the bunker, though there is a way to not pay supplies).

 

Overal I prefere the Bunker, Its more lonewolf compatible, and soon or later you will want something locked behind the research.

 

Friendly advice, just go for Bunker if you're new to GTA.

no just coke,meth and cash in that order but a bunker 90 million gross before those, my career earnings gross are coke 120 million. meth 55 million and cash 60 million so it is worth it just make sure fully upgrade

It was when they came out. But with import export, bunker and others it's now too much I think. See how you are fixed with bunker added (consider import export too). Then maybe add the meth.

I d recommend a bunker over another mc business

Prepare yourself 4 a lot of slooooow research...

MC got more revenues than a bunker can store 'em.

Absolutely not. Just stick with one cocaine lockup, and save cash for a bunker.
