Phones always come down to a personal preference such as design, sleekness, feel. features ect. So just compare them and see which one has the features you like the most and there's your phone. Jimmy
If you're not brand conscious, I'd suggest going for the Xiaomi Redmi 5A. It has a better CPU & GPU compared to the Moto E4 Plus which runs on rather underpowered Mediatek processor compared to 5A's Snapdragon 430. Xiaomi's MIUI is skinned and offers a wide variety of customization which you'll find useful in day to day tasks. The Camera unit on 5A does a better job compared to the E4. Lack of a fingerprint scanner & battery might be the only disadvantages with 5A but it's really justified for the price.

What about the xiaomi-redmi-note-3 or Tecno Camon CX Air (even thought lots of people complain about tecno's battery)? I'm really disappointed that most or all of my options are Chinese products. Redmi Note 3 is like two years old atm and I would suggest getting a Note 4 atleast or a Note 5 if you can get hands on it. I've no idea about the CX Air. It's not even sold here. I've a fair share of experience with Xiaomi and Moto devices though.

The MIUI seems smooth and 5 is definitely going to be ahead of the tech specs compared to Note 3.
