Sleepwalking Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 (edited) 1) Hi, if you buy a property; only the character you buy will earn money. 2) Cinema, Theatre and Golf Club. Most of the properties are character specific. If not, buy it with which protagonist do you like to play with most. There is a little spoiler about story & money: if you leave Lester's assasinations to end, you will have opportunity to manipulate stock market and earn billions of money. So you don't need to mess with property income. You have to do first assasination in order to advance in story however others can be done after story. You will receive in-game e-mails when the money automatically gets added to their bank accounts. 2) Honestly...all properties other than cinemas and the golf course have bad payouts. Michael is the only one that can get a ton of money from them. Franklin will be getting way less with owning bars and strip clubs while Trevor (I think) is only bound to like 5000k a week from his airfield business, earning him the least amount of money. Trevor gets 5000 a week for owning the strip club that cost him exactly zero to buy. He killed the owner and took over the place.
