Anywayz, I went past these buildings and they had red and yellow squares on them that formed the shape of a dick. It's really really really high though. It's down near the Hyman Memorial Stadium. You'll have to start from like Pole Position and circle a few times to get high enough though. It's so high, the ground is just brown. It's higher than the blimp even. But it's still cool.
