What's the point of this thread? Like if you're asking is it real or not then yes, it's clearly real but it's a mod.

It's a modified map with an invisible ramp that leads to an invisible sky platform, so it's really just driving, not flying.

 

It does the job but there are much better ways to make a vehicle fly in GTA2 now.

Don't think he ever released the Dodo mod. If I had the sprite, I would write a script for it.
