Religion presents a weird analogy: Body = Father, Thoughts = Son, Soul = Spirit. I cannot taste my soul. Sometimes I feel the destructive force of my intrusive thoughts, which frighten me. Nature teaches us that reducing the suffering in one organism increases the suffering in another one. No escape. But lucid dreaming gives the illusion of hope.
