The Time Ranger Posted February 16, 2018 Share Posted February 16, 2018 There is a new Stargate series happening. Unfortunately it doesn't look that good. Making it a period piece is an odd choice imo. The Stargate universe is pretty big, there are lots of different avenues a new series could explore. The trailer looks cheap and somewhat cheesy. With it being a golden age for television at the moment i'm not sure it will stand out. Hopefully it will be decent though. I always liked SG-1 and especially Atlantis. Also MGM have released the original Stargate movie on YouTube.
