BST drop limit reached

I know most people hate BST (Bullshark Testosterone) but I like using it when i'm ground fighting against a vehicle. Anyways my issue is whenever I attempt to call in BST through CEO, I call it in once; fine, pick it up, use it, try to call it in again, says i've hit drop limit, swap servers, reset game, nothing changes the fact I can only call it in once and then i've hit the drop limit. any fixes for this? I haven't been able to find anything. Also not that I use it but might be helpful information, I checked to see what it would say if I called Brucie instead of doing it through ceo, it just says the current job i'm running doesn't allow bst drops but i'm not running any job and I have all freeroam events turned off,

I think it's just that, a drop limit. It's like a cooldown on something that you might be using to grief others with.

Negative, what the drop limit is there for is to prevent you from placing multiple on the ground at the same time without picking it up, ive seen and used to be able to basically be constantly pumped on BST but here lately its just not possible to get it at all anymore, and the only way to fix it is to completely exit out of game and come back and even that doesnt always work.
