SyndicateRaptor Posted February 8, 2018 Share Posted February 8, 2018 So I recently found my physical copy of GTA IV for the PC and decided to pop it into the drive. I click the game to install and it comes up with 2 options: Launch Social Club Exit I click Launch Social Club... Nothing. Not even a flicker. And that's it. That's my problem. What the hell do I do?
