For some reason my Grand Theft Auto San Andreas is running really slow with graphics mods.

It's only using like 60MB of RAM.

How do I make it use more?

Make sure to add the game to your gpu vendors control panel and set it to highest performance, otherwise your gpu will just fall asleep since it using almost none of it's resources.

If it's a laptop make sure it's on maximum performance in battery settings.

Try using SilentPatch and checking your graphical details in-game menu to see if you are running low settings. If so, try changing it to high or medium.

Hi, how do I check my graphic settings in-game?

Using more RAM will not magically make it perform better...

I wouldn't be surprised if you have to use some sort of compatibility mode. It doesn't seem like it, but the game is 15 years old, and your specs may just be not compatible

12GB? Oh...

I have 8gb and i got like, 5 fps in a full MMGE.

Maybe you should unable some sh*t on it, or lower your resolution.

Graphic task are using main memory for polygon and texture data. Enb is gralhic mod which using shaders task for manipulate visual output. Shaders is performed by cpu for placing to specific objects and gpu for what they looked like. Since this is an old game, it may the game doesn't support multi core processor and burdening to single core of your processor.

In short, every parts in your pc affect your performance. Increase stream memory will a bit help you.

LMAO, next time mention what graphics mod you run, 10 fps with MMGE 3.0 is normal with a non high-end card...

Just remove it, it's mostly a screenshots only mod and even states so in it's description.
