However, I do mean an incredibly small one. Out of all the people who play VC on these forums, you'd think that at least one more of them would have come across this before and either post here to support you or post their own topic stating their find. There are 2 vice city cheetahs, the normal one, and the "vice" police one. The police model has a different colored interior, and a texture added for the light on the dash. There is only one model of comet in the game, and it doesnt have any emergency lights or textures to support it. So any lights you or markings you saw were in your head.
