Some games have this kind of black borders.

 

Now before that, let me ask you. Do you see the black borders when you're playing the game?

- If NO: Open your TV picture settings, try to switch into different picture mode. Some TV have picture mode that will zoom in the picture. When you're done, head to the next tip below.

 

- If YES: Then just go on to the next tip

 

Tip:

- Close your game, go to PS4 Settings,

- Sound and Screen Settings

- Display Area Settings

- You will see border markers. Enlarge it until it fits your TV screen. Confirm the changes when you're done

- Open your game and test it
