scarecrx
I noticed on every pc i have, when i replace clothes with edited ones , enter and exiting most cars cuase a crash when i have custom clothes on. For example if i have a combat jacket where the dff is still the same but the txd. Has been edited the game usually crashes when i drice voodoo savana saber sometimes even any car . My graphics card isnt high end but it seems to load retextured buildings and peds just fine.

LaDiDa
Make sure you selected the correct platform and stick to the same compression method as the original file. Some particle textures in particle.txd need to be in either dxt compressed state or RGB(A) (Uncompressed), using any other format would cause a crash (during loading however) for me, so the same could apply for player textures. scarecrx
How do i re compress textures correctly i remember having problems with re compressing map textures
LaDiDa
By doing it manually for every texture you replace. Just look at the compression listed by magic.txd before you replace it and use that exact same type. Also make sure the resolution is the same for every texture in there.
