If Aliens ever were to descend upon this earth, or if we had to send a capsule through space containing information about us and it would include music, what song would represent the essence of our earth?

 

I can only come up with one answer: Creedence Clearwater Revival, specifically CCR's "Proud Mary". But "Hey Tonight"; "Have You Ever Seen The Rain"; "Bad Moon Rising" and some other 60's hits of the same calibre would do just fine.
