Thisgameisstupid
I was chillin in my car, looking through southern San Andreas super autos website, I see the Hermes with a price of free. So, I say f*ck it and went ahead and clicked on it. When the store page opened, there was a notification saying it was "a holiday gift from rockstar" I click on the free purchase button and it orders the car. Just as I put away my phone, I see 535,000 taken from my bank account. I'm down to only 100k now 535k of my hard earned money stolen by rockstars game. CluckinGuy69
According to Rockstar Support Articles.... Question: Why was I charged when I purchased the Albany Hermes after logging in on December 25, 2017? It said it was FREE. What is wrong? Answer: A problem affecting any PC player who logged in on December 25, 2017 caused two related issues. PC players who logged into GTA Online during that time and attempted to redeem the FREE Albany Hermes offer were charged for the vehicle. In addition, players who logged into GTA Online during that time but did not redeem the FREE Albany Hermes offer will still see the initial purchase of the vehicle listed as FREE; however, PC players attempting to redeem the one-time FREE vehicle will be charged. Whether affected PC players redeemed the free vehicle on December 25, 2017 or not, all PC players that logged in that day have had the GTA$ for one Albany Hermes (GTA$535,000) deposited in their Maze Bank account. mde2
They scammed us all my friend, they scammed us all. dont lie about that, Rockstar gave the money from the car back to all that bought it Following that line of thought, Rockstar didn't even technically scam there users. I doubt they were sitting there cackling about taking their players money especially since they gave it back anyway.
