Project Helisexuality - Engine Sounds

This topic has a serious background - and furthermore an additional benefit. So I like to share it.

 

We have 17 helicopters ingame iirc, 16 are accessible whenever we want / own them and one, the Skylift, is only accessible in a hangar sales mission. There are two hybrids though, the Avenger and the Tula. They all share their gear - propeller driven - and they all have their unique sound.

 

You might heared about white noise?

That swoosh? I sometimes need that sound to temper, resp. drown my tinnitus. What I've discovered playing GTA with headset and particular flying my beloved helicopters is, that their engine sounds are able to help me. They temper my tinnitus. I went deeper into that and figured out, that the Buzzard and Hunter provide me with frequences I really appreciate because they're good for me, at least against my tinnitus once it appears.

 

Doing so, the following was created, an pre-over"view"hear for all propeller-driven aircrafts. I, for myself, edited the Buzzard and Hunter in a 2h loop which I hear once my tinnitus appears before going to bed. Serious.

Helicopters - is there anything they can't do? ^{_{(apart from the obvious - I wouldn't recommend leaving one to babysit...)}}

For me, it's a nice addiction to the classic "white noise" - and it works since I use my headset. Can't be wrong to -at least- try it out^^

I doubt a missing gun makes a different engine sound, but I'll hear into that (like the Buzzards)
