Dancing Sucessfully In The Clubs

This video shows that you have to dance "successfully" in the clubs. However, GTASV is dancing with everyone on the dancefloor. When I go to the dancefloor, I am only able to dance with a girl and then when I successfully dance with them I get their phone number. Does this count? Does this also count to 100% completion or am I doing something wrong?
