Have you ever got tired of all the luxury? If so, then you have a chance to see what would happen if you failed to interrupt the Doomsday Scenario. Try out the world of dirty clothing, sand in your shoes, rusty bumpers and maybe jamming weapons.

You can start by paying a visit to a new mechanic - Harry L. Harry was holding a car service nearby of Las-Venturas, but got a minor injury due some car battery malfunction. But who cares about past? Now he got himself a shed, rebuilt it and doing offroad tuning.

Let your suspension feel dunes, not your butt. Trust him, your butt will thank you later.
He also can provide some of your cars with additional armor upgrades and place an ammo supplies there.

Keep in mind that Ammu-Nation expanded their stock with classical-and-not friends. Drop by to get yourself some new toys.

We noticed unregistered planes entering northern San-Andreas airspace, dropping crates. Why not to check them out? But be carefull, your head may not be the only one who's holding that smart idea.

sxW2Ay1.jpg

Feeling lucky not to meet lamppost with your forehead? Take a peak from your car with that lovely rifle of yours. Carefull, you are restricted with aiming angles and exposed to enemy fire.

If you prefer being quiet, then you can finally let your knees rest. Crouch down and pretend that you atleast learned something from that 3 hour combat lesson.

lD4UXxg.jpg

Can't find that last rocket in your pocket? Call in your car with ammo station upgrade, open the trunk and see if there's any left.

5jjAt0m.jpg

Get yourself some boxing gloves. Well, actually don't. Just step on the ring and see if someone is man enough to stand against you there.

3p7byVV.jpg

And if you're tired from all the punches in your face in the desert or on the ring, well you can risk your face once again in the bar. See how lucky you get at the game of pool.

Have you got used to your semi-trick's seat? Why not to grab a trailer? And another one. And another one. Wait, there's a long way ahead, make sure you'll grab a friend on a passenger seat. Road train jobs are now available. Make sure to keep an eye on the freeways, these things are bulky.

- Crouching. Reduces character's noise, reduces weapon's recoil rate, hides from players' radars if standing still for 10 seconds. Appears on radars if player moves, shoots or gets shot.

- Airdrops. Random freeroam events when Titan or Bombushka spawns high in the air above Blane County and drops a crate. Titan drops western quality crates, Bombushka drops eastern quality drops. Opening a crate gives a random piece of gear corresponds to crate's quality. Random weapon and it's attachment or limited clothing piece. Destroying airdrop provides payment from Ammu-Nation of 25,000 GTA$.

- Off radar aircraft. Unarmed aircraft is now off radar if below 20m AGL (above ground level).

- Show fights. Participate in a fight against NPC or a player. While in fight, players can't exit melee combat mode, damage and punching rate is reduced to make fights longer.

- Pool. Pool is now available to be played. Play against NPC or a player.

Freemode jobs:
- Road Train. Move train of 3 trailers to a opposite site of a map.

- Damned Train. Protect NPC train from NPC or players interceptors.

Adversary Mode:
- Riding A Shotgun. 2-4 teams of 2 members fight against each other in a zone with only one member is available to shoot using new 2 hand driveby feature using just shotguns.

Comments:
This concept was planned at the end of 2017. I waited for some mods to get updated to make this post.
At the beginning it was planned as yet one more content pack with armed vehicles massacre, but then i changed my mind to something more pacific and scrapped PvP and business idea. I even had to scrap some new vehicles i downloaded because of lack of their customisation, they're simply rusty cars.

Please let me know what do you think about this concept. Being constructive is always welcome.

Handsome Jack

Looking at the clothes I could actually make proper military outfits if this was a thing, I like the weapons, a lot of great stuff overall. Pretty good.

I love this concept! Great work fella. Road Trains would be right up my street. Somewhere sensible (that isn't a bunker) to keep the Tractor Unit. Yeah, I am THAT saddo that ignores all the mayhem and pretends to be a Truck Driver...

I like it, it's a realistic concept, great screenshots too. The free-mode jobs you listed would be pretty cool (I'd want free-mode jobs that begin automatically though, since I rarely see players begin the fun VIP work nowadays). Airdrops I'd definitely love, it's what we need to shake up free-mode from people just killing each other for the sake of killing. Proper tacticool gear is a must too (R* could've done away with this in the Gunrunning update, if they just let us mix outfit components). Only thing I dislike is the post-apocalyptic theme, IMO we've gotten enough of that already.

Hazzardtohimself

I like it but like...I don't see much rust lol

^ This.

As well as the vehicles you've listed (which are good choices), a post-Doomsday scenario would lend itself to the 'make-do-and-mend' mentality. Don't get me wrong - some of the so-called apocalyptic rustbuckets we've seen from R* have been weak sauce (Rat Tornado, Armoured Boxville etc.) and I wouldn't want a whole garage of Mad Max wannabes, but a few ratted-out versions or hybrids of some new or already existing GTA vehicles might be fun and practical.

But it's a cool concept for sure. Kudos!

Solid Scorpion

Consider me a rusted nomad then.

Wooden stock and grips, under arm holster, PROPER tiger stripe patern.

Where do I sign?!

ROCKSTAR MANIC

That Trophy truck contender is the bees knees. And its Karin not Vapid R*. This is a pretty good idea, Crouching must come back, the actual use of stealth would be great and gunfights would last longer if you can grouch. Yes, I know you could take cover, but it limits mobility.

Quite nice but you have a revolver on the screenshots but not on the weapons list... And I love them.

Pretty sure that's the Pocket Shotgun, based on the Judge .410

Cherry-picking about a detail, I hope that new Vapid Contender to be more used than stupid slow ass vehicles in fetch missions with crates tied to some mission-vehicles.

It was used in one variation of MC contract "Gunrunning", but R* screwed that comfortable and fast truck in favor of Marshall and Karin Technical when Gunrunning DLC was released.

*** Molle vest over plaid shirt, keffieh and cap**** nice :)

Thanks for your feedback, guys!

Yeah, im ashamed that i failed to make that rusted atmosphere i've planned from the start. But as i already told, i couldn't find some real good and customizable rusty car mods, this was main reason.

Also there's a screenshot that didn't make it to final post. There's a changed Towtruck (without it's tow hook) and one of the rusty cars, which i never mentioned.

Live and learn. I should have paid more attention though. Thanks!

I have often wondered what the GTAO map would be like if it were to undergo some cataclysmic event and appear as a kind of scarred, post-apocalyptic wasteland, with all the genre tropes to go with it. All the clothes, accessories and vehicles re-worked in the Mad Max aesthetic.

but...but.... where's the blimp? Oh wait, it won't provide any ground for rust (damn) :colgate:

Beside the vehicles and guns, I really want to see this:

New Mechanics:
Freemode jobs:
- Road Train. Move train of 3 trailers to a opposite site of a map.
- Damned Train. Protect NPC train from NPC or players interceptors.
