What to spend $21 million on?

So I recently bought a shark card since they were running a promotion of 150% of what you bought. I got the $8 million card and got an extra $12 million and with the $1 million I now have $21 million burning a hole in my pocket.

I know I'm going to buy a facility so I can do the new Doomsday Heist, I'm going to upgrade my MOC but I'm not sure what else.

Are the bunker upgrades worth it for faster research and equipment upgrades?

Should I buy an office? If I do what about CEO warehouses?

Should I get a hangar? If I do what upgrades?

Should I get a MC business? If I do what about upgrades and drug businesses for that?

Also can you sell properties in GTA Online?

Office and I/E Vehicle Warehouse.

Dude... buy something that makes you leave the font colour standard cos I can't read that... scratch that the colour has been fixed :)

Seriously though, if you wanna play the long game I would go Office then Import Export Warehouse then fully upgraded Bunker. Once they are up and running then look at getting a Facility as the Facility will not bring you a regular income.

Get your income sorted first otherwise once that 20m is gone you are gonna be broke until you splash the cash in real life again.

Always bear in mind, a minimum amount to keep for the Next DLC.

Personally if I was you, I wouldn't go below $10m.

I would fast track research - you can make the money back grinding in the mean time. Only bother with all that if you're really sure it's worth it to you though. It's a massive money drain.

Bunker is quite a good passive money maker, if you leave it making money in the background. All the business are really just there to make more money in the long run, after a nasty upfront cost.

Hangar doesn't really make so much money though. Does give you access to aircraft customization though, and the glorious Hunter.

You can't sell anything, so before buying Warehouses and MC better visit bi#ch and moan topic here. Office is nice thing, because CEO bonuses are pretty good.

I recommend you Hangar and Bunker, unlike others, it will give you tools and instruments that could help you further in any means and aspect of the game.

If you like PvE and grouping - facility for the DD heist.

If you like PvP - Bunker

If you like flying - hanger.

I'm a role-player for the most part, so I have a MC clubhouse, a coke business, a weed business, a meth business, and the bunker.

I still want the facility and the hanger - but in no hurry.

and BTW - don't ever buy another shark card - waste of money....

CEO office, vehicle warehouse and a bunker. Or if you really want to buy a Mac clubhouse and a cocaine lockup.

If your going to spend real dough, get the Criminal Enterprise starter pack. The stuff included in that will get you a good start.

He already spent real dough, so your advice is a bit... irrelevant unfortunately. Most people seem to think getting an $8m shark card and buying things you want is better than getting that list of stuff you can't change.

For a steady income IF you know how to create public solo session:

1. CEO office

2. Buzzard

3. Vehicle warehouse(make it easy with 5)

4. Bunker and upgrades

5. Cargobob

6. Armored Boxville(Fortified vip work)

7. Armored Kuruma(Heists)

8. Eclips apartment(store blue and yellow sentinels)

With that I have a solo setup which nets 350k an hour orso.

For the rest I own 10 bikes, 120 cars, bunch of planes, choppers and what not more. And no I hardly ever use them cause GTAO is becomming an ever more grindfest to get enough for the next dlc.

Just use youtube to see what you may like before buying.

The best thing you can do is to spend that $21 million wisely by avoiding to buy stuff you're not 100% sure that you going to need and use.

Personally, I would recommend you an office + I/E warehouse and a cocaine MC business because these two go well together. While your coke factory is making product you can spend your time importing and exporting top range cars. Also, the MC businesses in general doesn't require much babysitting as you only have to go back every few hours to resupply and eventually sell when it's time, especially if you run only one business. That's what I meant with biker business go well together with I/E. Remember though that the cost for the cheapest coke lockup location + all its three upgrades is $2,875,000. The upgrades are a must, without them the MC businesses aren't worth it.

A hangar is only good for aircraft customization and making your aircraft personal to have the option to request it from your mechanic. However, it absolutely sucks as a business because most of the stealing and delivering cargo missions are horrible and the payouts are a joke. Only buy a hangar for aircraft customization and storage, not to make money from it.

Also, remember that you need useful vehicles for quick transportation if you don't already have those because having the right vehicles is essential to work effectively. Buzzard is a good example of one the most useful vehicles to have when grinding. You could also get yourself a fast plane like a Hydra, Seabreeze or Pyro but those aren't very necessary since a fast helicopter will already be good enough. If you need a fast bike for some reason then I can recommend a Hakuchou Drag, that motorcycle is a beast. Shotaro, Oppressor and Bati 801 are also very good bikes. As an MC president you have the ability to, without any limits, instantly spawn any bike of those you own close to you making it very practical.

Use shart card cash for businesses and leave it at that. Start with a bunker as the research is almost required regardless of if you're PvP or PVE.

Bunker also gives you a window on do you like a business that generates stock while you're doing unrelated things? If you like it then go into MC work. Buy an MC clubhouse with a cocaine and meth business as close to the center longitude of the map.

Another must have is a hangar. Go for a cheap fort zancudo one. Let's you own all aircraft and customize them. Like the hunter/akula/more.

The hangar also gets your toe wet on a business model that is stockpile stock for a larger sale. If you like this then get a CEO office with warehouses. Price only dictates location.

Last business model is I/E which the consensus is that it's the most financially lucrative business. Note need a CEO office first.

Should I get a MC business? If I do what about upgrades and drug businesses for that?

Also can you sell properties in GTA Online?

If you know how make solo public session, I would suggest the bunker definitely. Choose some in desert, dont go Paleto bay or something. Me personally, always would choose Route 68 over any, just because I can check my bunker and mc business near my Great Chaprall clubhouse. Also, if you go for MC business, to feel something new, Route 68 bunker is also perfect because its close to best MC business (coke, meth and cash). This is for a long run.

I own Route 68 and 4 mc business in desert, and forgery in city.

Because you have limited resources, I would suggest you ONLY BUNKER as "passive". Buy 75k supplies, you will get 140k worth of product, sell it to LS for 210k (max product from 75k). Also, upgrade to full that bunker. Be aware, up to 175k always 1 car, up to 350k, 2 cars, over 350 is 3 cars and literally impossible to deliver those alone

http://gtaforums.com/topic/889144-best-bunker-location/page-6read opinions on this topic.

Also, I would buy Facility. I love my Sandy Shores facility, but Grand Desert I think its very good also. That is for TELEPORT THING. Start heist, and when you are ceo or mc, you will get a message from lester, that you can use as a teleport thing. I had route 68 facility, but i hated because it wasnt practical for DD heists... Be aware - YOU WILL WANT TO MAKE YOUR GTA GRINDING FEEL LESS GRINDY. So always look for some shorctus, like that teleport.

Also, you have teleport via high end appartment and starting regular heists, like flecca.

Also, I suggest to you Arcadius and Integrity way (high end appartment) ! Most practical buildings in the game. Period. Lombank have the views, but Arcadius is close to cargo warehouses, for one day to start that business. DONT BUY IT RIGHT NOW, WAIT FOR CARGO WAREHOUSES. Be aware that you can use CEO ability for using luxury heli for 5k, to teleport yourself from desert to ceo office as soon as possible.

After getting arcadius as ceo, buy La Puerta vehicle warehouse. Dont listen to people "La mesa is perfect bla bla bla", in the long run La puerta is the most perfect VW in the game.

All of this - YOU CAN DO SOLO (beside regular heists, you need 1 guy for flecca starting heist, and 3 more of others, which seems very hard to find this days ; DD heists you can do first prep alone, and have teleport thing)

From vehicles - KURUMA. first. dont buy any other car. First that. Than Buzzard, insurigent. After that... You need to earn more money haha... But you will get eventually where you want. I also suggest Armored boxville, for SOLO vip work easy method getting 35k for being 10 minutes afk ^^ .. Also if you have money left, Cargobob. Makes IE missions so much easier and cut time for missions.

Hangar - avoid for start. If you want, only at Zancudo ones, the cheepast there is good enough. Missions are "good", but for earning money - hell no. Its only worth if you play with friends, like collecting 4 cargos with 4 people, but... Good luck finding people who wants to play the same hangar mission over and over again for NOTHING lol. Like literally, they dont get almost nothing for helping you xD

MC Business - I have all 5. Forgery is the worst. I would only recommend Coke for start, because it have the best ROI (return on investment) out all of them. Than Weed, Cash and Meth (Breaking Bad is not the reason to get this one, because you will hate it, its slow, and raids are 90% gang attacks, and seeing that after 6 hours of waiting, your product is gone about 50% just in 2 minutes... f*ck that sh*t ). But for solo, bunker under 175k is something i would recommend to any new player before all.

Cant sell nothing. You can change locations (like arcadius for lombank, la mesa for la puerta), but thats money sink xD

TL, DR - Bunker in desert (route 68, smoke tree.... i would avoid farmhouse, but read in that topic ), Facility in desert (Grand Senora or Sandy Shores), Arcadius, Integrity appartment, La Puerta, Kuruma, Buzzard, Insurigent, Armored Boxville, CArgobob.

P.S. I just remember one thing. You can ignore senora desert, and go for Paleto Bay setup. By that I mean buy Bunker, Coke and MC clubhouse there, but facility is a must !!!! like, facility offers that teleport I was talking about, and also, in the long run... https://i.imgur.com/RkVmBR0.jpgSee ? There are all mc business in that city, like best for less grindy thing. Also, Facility is close, Bunker is close. You have 3 houses plus 2 garages. LSC close, weapons shop... And paleto bay is a very very nice little city. PROBLEM - Delivering is a pain the ass. So if you think that delivering from paleto bay to LS will piss you off, ignore this part lol. But, everything is centered. And paleto bay in my opinion is nice. Think about it. I wouldnt change my desert setup, but only because its better for me to save money. Maybe for 2nd character I would go PB one day.

I would agree with this. The top two are just an incredibly useful combination as ceo you'll be able to spawn a buzzard at your feet anywhere.

But OP, you said you would get a facility to do the new Heists. I would therefore prioritise the bunker ahead of the Vehicle warehouse. The Vehicle warehouse will if you source and sell the cars in freemode give you a better return than the bunker, however, if you want to do a lot of heists, the bunker fills up whilst you are doing those missions. It's a great Act 3 combo as you'll probably find if you buy 75k of supplies it will have produced 140k of stock, worth 210k sold far to net you 135k. That will take a bit over two hours - about the same time it will take you to do Act 3. In contrast, you can't do both I/E and the Heists, it's either or.

I must clarify, I/E is a better money earner than heists, but honestly, I've had so much fun in the last month with the new Doomsday missions, it's fine. And they don't pay bad either, especially with the bunker bonus on top of it.

CEO for crate missions and car theft

MC for the Coke House. Full sale = 420k

Bunker for the MK II weapons, modified bullets, barrels and scopes

I wouldn't recommend the Hangar as a means to make money, (The missions are some bullsh*t) but it's cool to have to recolor your air vehicles.

Armored Kuruma

Buzzard

Akula (Stealth Chopper)
