I can't install the doomsday heist update.

so i have 2 gta 5 copy's, 1 is for online and the 2nd one is for modding and i can't update the modded one because when i open the launcher it starts the unmodded gta 5, so i can't update the modded gta 5, i can still start it using a plugin that bypasses the launcher but i still can't update it, please help

Tried re-verifying the game and / or doing the no chunked downloads option?

 

1) Hit "Start", "Run", and type "cmd" without the quotes. Hit enter.
2) Type "cd c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V" without the quotes in the cmd window that pops up. If you installed GTAV in a different directory, be sure to type in that directory instead. Hit enter.
3) Type "GTAVLauncher.exe -verify -noChunkedDownload" in this window (no quotes again) and hit enter.

 

This allows the Social Club launcher to download the patch all at once instead of in chunks, which is known to fix downloading issues for certain connection types.

the problem is that when i run the launcher it starts the launcher for the unmodded gta copy, therefore not even starting the modded one or even downloading any updates for it...
