Does everyone experience these problems in the DD heists?

1. When a friend joins a heist as a spectator it disables the option to restart after a failure.

2. When you buy ammo through the interaction menu during a heist it disappears when you restart after a failure.

3. When you restart after a failure there's a message that the CEO left even though he's still there so you need to restart again.

4. After you finish inviting ppl to a heist and launch it the game tells you that you were kicked out.

5. Very long loading time after you finish a setup or finale.

6. When the group finish a setup and spawn in free roam one of the members is no longer part of the organization.

Haven't come across most of these but a lot of times we've been stuck on a black screen permanently after finishing - with nothing more than the wheel of death in the bottom right corner. No other option but to restart the game.

 

R* should make it an option so you can sign out / back out to single player using the social club overlay, so at least you don't have to resort to the quit game option.

Permanent black screen after completing volatol setup. Luckily it was saved when i restarted

Joined a DD heist and was kicked immediately and got stuck outside of the hosts facility and ...lol...a dirtbike passed by me a few times... Lol .. Without a driver on it... Wtf

Yes to all, except #2. (Never bought ammo from inventory in a job).

 

PS4 here. As Ezikeil above says dude, host these from invite sessions after preps are done, as we didn't see these issues at all.

 

All heisting is more stable using invite sessions. Far quicker too.

Instead of a complete restart I suspend the game by doing something like entrying the trim video option on the PS4 and then go back to the game. It forces the game to put me in a new session. It's faster than a restart.

Also after failing, you're randomly getting unable to buy armor in that restart menu.

Yes to all. On Ps4.

Most prevalent and annoying are,

-Your CEO left

Nope CEO is still there, needs a freaking patch.

 

-Spectate no restart and kicks everyone to free mode.

If anyone spectate your doomsday heist and anyone dies, boom, straight to free mode.

 

-Try to join a Doomsday heist or launch one, boom it kicks you out of the session you sometimes fall through the map.

 

The entire thing needs a huge patch ASAP. Even the matchmaking.

Ive experienced all in one way or another, except the first one.

In addition to these a few more.

-Dead Courier...frozen after computer resulting in death

-Act 1 finale...Players spawning in building before others resulting in death

-Avengers...I was literally thrown by a ghost

-Submarine Recon..Stromburg gets destroyed if stuck on a rock for 5 seconds or less

-Act 2 finale..Deluxo gets destroyed after spinning out tires for 5 seconds or less

-Act 2 finale...Mission never ends after delivering deluxos

-Escort ULP...The chernobog missiles do not work properly

-Act 3 finale...can not open interaction menu while flying jetpack

-All setups and finales..npc rapid fire bug resulting in instant deaths

-Cmm progress restets randomly if playing in public lobbies

-Cmm progress resets if a player leaves and the other players press restart

CEO left message can happen in the beginning too, when leaving the facility. Me and a friend have had it happen 3 times even when starting from invite only session. The first time it happened it reset our Criminal Mastermind progress.

Otherwise I've experienced it when joining randoms and upon restart it can do that.

 

Many times when I join randoms and everybody is there and they launch it, it kicks the host out, says host has left the planning board.

 

Our group does setups from Invite Only session, after each setup 1 out of 3 is separated in their own session even when we started from the same session.

Sadly on the PC I haven't found something like this that works - including joining another friends session or unplugging my Ethernet cable. Restarting the game seems to be the only option - which is annoying because the lading takes more time than simply switching session.

Let me add:

 

Using Quick Join, being loaded into a Signal Intercepts lobby as Host with no option to quit out requiring you to quit Online altogether.

 

Rescue ULP. Invisible guys inside the building.

 

Barrage Free Mode set up requires you to steal a briefcase. Briefcase shows on the map but won't physically show up. Have to find another session and try again.

 

Onboard Computer. Same as Barrage, you'll shoot down an aircraft and be required to search a cockpit. This will show on the map but not be there physically.

 

Air Defenses. This happened once but was killer. One of the things you're supposed to blow up simply didn't load

Add: "You can loose your loyality 2 progress when you start the last freemode prep for act 3 (the one where you shoot down the hydra) even if you play with the same person you played the entire Heist with.", to the list.

Yea this is bs and not only that but on any of these setups if you join with randoms and they fail, if they press restart and you press continue you are literally forced to continue playing or forced to leave the job which results in bad sport message.

Update: sad to say that the R* person who gave me a response gave a generic response that me and ppl I play with should check our internet (NAT type etc). I was hoping that the info will be transferred to someone who can do something. Silly me. There are definitely R* ppl who fix things - the existence of update notes which include fixes shows it - but I don't know how to reach these ppl.

R* support are the opposite of supportive. Still blaming all their issues on the players and their connections. Crazy. Huge reason I don't bother with those fools they are just people paid to give support who don't know the first thing about networking or game coding.

 

Almost infuriating to read they are STILL pushing the NAT type bs. Wow.

Don't worry about quitting out of jobs. I've quit out of plenty and never been in a bad sport lobby. It's a stupid warning they should have removed a long time ago.
