Cant get in as passenger.

I have been trying to enter my vehicle alone but as a passenger but it forces me into driver so I'm not able to use the turret position in my insurgent / other vehicles.

[PS4] To solo use the Insurgent Pick-Up's machine gun I stand near the back door and press a long triangle instead of tapping it shortly

Xb1, press and hold the Y button, it will put you in the back of the car

Try holding F on the PC.

 

For insurgents you can also climb on the roof and press F to get straight in the gunner position.

Also, PS4 is hold triangle. You won't be able to sit in the front however you can in the back, as explained.

 

I will also state that you need to be a VIP, CEO or MC President to do so the first time. You can then quit and get in without being one.
