dent0nz 176 Posted August 18 I really like these low definition models, it would be interesting for once having a mod that haves low poly vehicles, peds and weapons. It would be different than the rest. The only suggestion is to just make a basic 3d interior for these vehicles, and leave the rest untouched. I think it would be look cool. Also why insist with increasing the resolution of the vehicles? They would look rather out of place, since they almost have more polys than the whole level geometry. Good work! Yes, it would be killer if you could manage to use the vehicle sounds from Driver 2 and Driver. --- I have a suggestion, if I may. I think you should add PS2/Mobile reflections to those low poly vehicles, so it will look kinda like the specular reflections in the PC version of Driver. I know they're lowpoly, but it will make the car look less flat and squarey. You can kinda see the effect of it here.
