I'm trying to turn a moving PNG called "Sprite as Haunted Man from the Ghost Eraser Series" from this website. It keeps downloading as a PNG when I want to be GIF.

It keeps downloading as a PNG when I want to be GIF. Can someone help me make it into a GIF? I'm very bad with technology.
