Can't buy any cars in GTA Online

I bought the game a month ago and have finished the story. Ive just started playing online and I have made about 100k my only problem is whenever i go on my phone to buy any car they all say exclusive stock, every single one and the order or buy button is greyed out so i cant click on it if anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly sppreciated

Most of the cars under $100k can be stored for free off the street anyway. Don't waste the tiny amount of money you have.
