What Feature(s) Does GTA 5 Lack The Most?

Hello everyone!

 

Just curious to see what feature(s) you guys think GTA 5 is lacking in. Since the games release in 2013, I have always been baffled by the amount of unenterable locations in the game. From cutscene interiors, to flat out removed areas from the game such as the SSW (Split Sides West Comedy Club) and Bahama Mamas. I've never understood this and have always questioned Rockstars reasoning.

 

One of my favorite aspects of GTA IV was all of the enterable locations. It made the game so much more fun. From areas like the sex shop, cut scene interiors, and the Rockstar Cafe. These were just super awesome places to explore and I wish Rockstar didn't do away with this in GTA 5.

 

Another thing I personally think GTA 5 lacks in is pedestrian fighting. In GTA IV, if you knock out a ped with your fists the ped will lay on the ground dazed and confused. And in some cases the ambulance will come, pick the ped up, and put them into the back of the ambulance and drive away. Whereas in GTA 5 if you knock a ped out, they die.

 

GTA 5 is an amazing game, don't get me wrong. But with some of these cut features, I feel Rockstar has regressed big time. Let me know your thoughts and things you've been bothered by that don't appear in GTA 5.

As good as GTA Online may be and all the features it has. I am disappointed that R* chose to focus primarily on MP. I do understand that's where the money is, but man, I've always been a SP fan since day one and rarely play online.

Here what would be good:

For All Characters:

Ambulance Missions
Eating
Casino (Poker, Blackjack etc)
Bowling
Pool
Air Hockey
Vigilante (Most wanted)
Table Tennis
Car Import / Export

Character Specific:

Franklin:

Gang turf
Drug dealing
Lowrider Challange.
Basketball

Michael:

Solomon's Contact Missions (For a new movie, Solomon wants what he needs)
Hunting (unlock for Michael)
Yatching.

Trevor:

Underground Fight Club
Club Management (Vanilla Unicorn)
Club Drinking Challange

Huge map, but felt empty after completing story. I would say yes even 1/3 of these.

I totally agree! I forgot about the underground fight club. I had so much fun wit that feature in EFLC.

* A good amount of interesting and fun side missions relating to crime.

* Interiors.

* More cities and towns.

* Single Player DLC

For me it's side missions. The ones it has are alright, but it doesn't feel enough for multiple protagonists.

 

The beginning should've been longer to allow Franklin to do some repossessions. I also think when Michael started helping out Solomon he should've been able to be a bodyguard/enforcer for the stars. Think of the Crowd Control side mission in Saints Row 2.

 

I also miss import/export missions. The 5 we do for the Epsilon program is painfully pathetic.

 

BTW Zac I've been watching your Youtube channel the last few days. Some really cool and informative stuff you have. :^:

I agree. I love the three protagonists but I feel it did take away from the game opposed to focusing on one primary protagonist. And thanks man! Really means a lot. Especially coming from someone on this forum. It's usually negative feedback, so thank you.
