Busy with the grind? (Most stuff accumulated)

Sure it has probably been done before but what the hell!

I have been off work ill and literally in my room doing nothing apart from playing GTA. To try and combat the boredom in between taking medication and sleeping I have literally been grinding non stop - not because I need the money (still have $61m) but because I thought why the hell not!

So, what is the most you have accumulated before doing any sales:

I am now sitting on the following and until all my friends are on line I am trying to not register as a CEO or MC in case of raids (-:

- Large warehouse 1 (full with 111 crateos)

- Large warehouse 2 (full with 111 crates)

- Large warehouse 3 (full with 111 crates)

- Medium warehouse (full with 42 crates)

- Bunker (full of stock and supplies)

- Weed (full of stock and supplies)

- Cash (full of stock and supplies)

- Meth (full of stock and supplies)

- Coke (full of stock and supplies)

- Hangar (full with 50 crates - think its 50 but its full anyway)

Now, if it goes to plan and me and friends play in our own session and it all goes to plan that should bring me in around $11m by my reckoning - wow, not a bad return. Sure it was hard, it was frustrating at times but I got it all in around 5 days so averages out around $2.2m a day which seems about right.

I know it sounds like a showing off post but it is not meant to be ... OK well just a little (-:

A friend of mine has 5 x 111 crate warehouses ready to go as well!

Well, even if you are talking bs, that is a very poor way to do things. You haven't protected yourself at all. As soon as you start mc club stuff you are at risk of being hit. And if it decides to hit you it wont allow you to turn of mc president.

You should have done the work for two at most and then sold them.

All you have done is compound your risk and increase your chances that you did a lot of work for failure.

Next time be a smarter ceo and lock in that sale.

Yeah I know, its not BS but I understand what I have done and as an experienced player it was stupid.

However, as I go to one business (non CEO or MC) I will activate when ready, sell and as soon as done retire before going on to CEO/MC again and ready to sell next one. I know that does not always work as you can sell something then get the raid call straight away. I am expecting it but with just friends and in our own lobby risk is pretty small.

I do agree though, should have locked a full business and sell - stupid thing to do really but in the grand scheme of things I won't lose much (if anything)

Most ive had was 1 full large warehouse and maybe some in my medium. Only did it to get full cash clutter in the office. I never take risks though by stockpiling stuff up.

Atm the only risk I have is guns which I sell solo once they reach 140k. Didnt got raided once eventhough im CEO 90% of the time im online.

Cocaine, Weed, Counterfeit, Hanger and 3 warehouses are collecting dust and I doubt ill ever use em again.

I had every MC business upgraded and still got raided regularly. I ditched. The sell missions are agonisgnly boring and the money is crap.

As for OP. Why would you put in so much grind and not take the payout? Makes no sense. Never heard of a single player doing it that way.

Sure, if you make all the sales and get all the cash you will have 11 million. But with that huge windfall you will think you are rich and I bet you a pound to a penny you'll go on a spending spree and be left with one million or less.

And maybe two or three new toys at best.

Also good luck OP, lol. You are gonna need it.

I realized today that I have 35+ Sandkings stockpiled to sell every 48 minutes. Does that count?

Great Scott.

Most stuff I accumulated was when I had all 32 cars in vehicle warehouse, 170k in my bunker and 100k in my hangar, all of this just to be sold solo.

This is fairly easily avoided.

Go to first warehouse, register as CEO and start sale. As soon as you've completed the sale resign and go to the next warehouse. Rince and repeat.

Same tactics goes for mc business.

Just to add my 2 cents but I have never taken much payout for the businesses either and I have full stocks/run the risk of being raded.

My viewpoint is there will come a time when I need a large amount of money quickly and that is when I will sell my hard earned stock, the defend

missions are not that bad and once you know which one is easily dealt with.

Only one time I have lost out is when the game gave me 5 defend your businesses misssions in a row and I lost one but that's not for this topic!

Blasterman4EVER

I've done this before. Well... this:

FULL - documents
- weed
 - cash
 - meth
 - coke
 - guns
 - 3 x 111-crate warehouses
 - import/export garage

I didn't have another small warehouse or the airfreight warehouse full though.

It's pretty tight to know you're sitting on that much potential money, even with the risks. It's embarrassing to get raided because you're flipping through booty pics on your phabtop, but you definitely feel like a legit GTAO baller when you can call up Nikki with that much stocked. A man with capital will keep the hoes around.

I suggest waiting until double cash on those sales. Sure it was hard to grind this much, but once double money rolls in, pie will be worth it(since you have 61mln anyway)

Double money usually happens once or maybe twice in a year, but wait is worth it.

Another thing, is that there's nothing to do then in meantime. But maybe go after heists when friends are online

By the end of the day im probably in the same situation like the op. But i don`t use hangars. :D

I got weed, coke, counterfeit and meth ready to sell (full). 3 large warehouses at around 70% gonna make them full today well maybe and a small one is full. Sold my full bunker yesterday at least ;). Ah yeah and my import/export warehouse is full too. :D

It is just so much easier filling them all up really hate all the time consuming sale missions.

100%.

I get called a completionist for having such lavish tastes and the money to buy some of the lesser favourites. But after buying certain things to make it easier or open the game up, and the fun stuff I was more keen on. It's like I must stop earning/spending cash after long from some, lol.

I mean, I got all these options of what to play, and aside a couple of old modes that are fairly inactive anyway, I'll naturally earn as I play or help others. So to spend it on crap is just what I do.

At least that's how I see it.

OP... Enjoy it man. Nice to have it in the bag for a rainy day (or 2x event and such). For me, too much to do now, and luckily never had to, but we each do our thing. Pretty cool. Just be careful when quitting MC after selling. The game has a habit of triggering a raid before you knew it was there and you may just arrive at a business that's empty but not see pop ups. Lost 2 myself. But sh*t happens, lol.

Fun times ahead.

This is the situation I'm currently in. I filled up my hangar and two medium warehouses in the weeks before Christmas assuming we would get double payouts like we did last year. That never happened so now I'm just sitting on the stock waiting until it does.

Well, it is done, all sold. |I could have waited for double payouts but figured I was best rid.

So this is how it went:

- Large warehouse 1 (full with 111 crates) - NO RAID - TITAN

- Large warehouse 2 (full with 111 crates) - NO RAID - TITAN AGAIN

- Large warehouse 3 (full with 111 crates) - NO RAID - TUGBOAT

- Medium warehouse (full with 42 crates) - NO RAID - BRICKADES

- Bunker (full of stock and supplies) - RAIDED - STEAL VAN BACK, WENT OK, FULL SALE

- Weed (full of stock and supplies) - NO RAID - PO VANS

- Cash (full of stock and supplies) - NO RAID - BOATS

- Meth (full of stock and supplies) - RAIDED AFTER I SOLD CASH - GET VAN BACK, NO PROBLEMS, HELICOPTERS

- Coke (full of stock and supplies) - NO RAID - ONE TRUCK (EXCELLENT)

- Hangar (full with 50 crates - think its 50 but its full anyway) - NO RAID - THOSE STUPID CHOPPERS LANDING GOODS ON VANS

Got around $11.8m in total and thanked my crew big time for their help. Now I have days of just helping them as I am sitting back and chilling for a while! Up to $73m now - time to buy some goodies and relax and do a few car resprays and tidy my garages. That was pretty stressful but all in all it took about 3.5 hours and resigning as CEO/MC after each sale. The raids made me sweat a little but in a session with just me and crew/friends I knew I was in safe hands!

Nice work. I did the same thing, took several tries to get the last vehicle, lol.

After selling a couple collections the session split 1 minute into a sale and I got to see all four cars catch fire. Shut down the game but it still registered the failure. All that work just to watch a sh*t connection ruin it all. Knew better than to sell with Aussies, lol.

After that I sold the rest one at a time. Walked out of the warehouse and I haven't messed with I/E since.

If you are geting raided it doesn't allow you to resign. Your club will get hit as soon as you realise that you can't quit.

What's critical in this kind of position is to understand how long it will be before each of your businesses will get raided.

I seem to remember reading if your bunker is 50% or more full of stock a timer starts. Once it's over 5 hours, or 10 if you have a security upgrade it will get raided. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Does anyone know what the raid conditions are for the other properties?
