SA since III storyline is preety hard since you can't crouch, swim and there are no aircrafts that are easy to control.

GTA III possibly didn't have those feature's due to Rockstar not knowing how it'd work until later game's, but the game changed the gaming industry .

Opinion's are opinion's though.

I say Liberty City Stories, because its story was more original compared to the other games. Instead of killing someone who betrayed you, you kill someone who wasn't on your side in the first place.

you kill someone who wasn't on your side in the first place.

Too bad he was forgettable and appeared in only two missions. :sarcasm:

Also a very boring antagonist lol

There are my storyline reviews and ratings for GTAs!

GTA III: Storyline fell so worse for me, but i will rating higher for its dark tone storyline. Only Helicopter in the final mission 5.6/10

GTA Vice City: Extremely good story and one of GTA's sunniest story! that Tommy decideds to begin all of his journey to his level kingpin in VC after Sonny betrays him and later killing him at his mansion at the end! it also features one of best GTA end ever! Helicopters now play more roles in storyline! includes many great characters compared to it sequel, the bestest's Lance Vance! 10/10

GTA San Andreas: storyline is good until everything after "The Green Sabre", which everything turned worse and betrayed in story. But it is still a good story for me! but this's still a legend! it also has many good characters to see!7.5/10

GTA Liberty City Stories: Weakest GTA storyline ever! But this explain the criminal histories of Liberty City as it was in 1998 before GTA 3! 4/10 +1 = 5/10

GTA Vice City Stories: pretty good story. But the story is also so vice as Vice City! It also explains the events 2 years before Vice City much like its prequel 8/10

GTA IV: The most uniquest, darkest, bestest, tragicest story of them all! in which Niko has no happy ending option at all and matters at the ending, which he coulds alway got his best friend killed by his betrayers. It also has some best major turning point in story! and also changes Niko's life too! 11/10 it also features many best characters of all GTAs! the betrayers in this game are also one of bestest villains ever!

GTA V: Pretty neutral story of all! but alot of heist missions, which can sometimes be a bit favourite! Unlike GTA IV, it has good ending but only in The Third Way choice. The other ending choices look so bad. It is also only storyline that has musics during combats and game without radio. The storyline missions also always unique varity! :D 7/10

Do you argees with my storyline review for all GTAs?

Voted for SA.

III comes close second, but I think it has a more realistic story, whereas SA story is so inclusive and diverse that it tops the list for simply being so enormous and having something for everyone.

GTA IV, hands down. An epic crime drama with interwoven subplots that tie into the DLCs, really deep and endearing characters, and some of the best exchanges of dialogue ever featured in a video game.

Niko: "You killed my friends for one-thousand dollars?"

Darko: "How much do you charge to kill someone?"

The cutscenes are also really something special. There are some real poignant moments like when Niko goes to Dwayne's apartment in "Undress to Kill" and "Footsteps in the Dark" is playing in the background and Dwayne's basically on the verge of ending it, but Niko offers to solve his problems for him. I also really liked the kitchen scene with Ilyena Faustin and Niko where he gives a little bit of his backstory about murdering village children and she tells him not to give up hope on redemption. This game made me f*cking FEEL things.

I know what you are talking about when you speak of that scene wuth Ilyena Fausin. It actually makes me cry, every time I come to this point. I never thought id be like this. When I was young I had big dreams and ambitions. as I grew older I became more and more the type of guy I had always despised. Thus I have forgiven the man who used to beat my mother as I have grown up to be just like him.

I also like it when Gerry Mcreary talks about his family and when Jimmy Pegorino speaks. You just have a drink, smoke a smoke and enjoy the cutscenes.

GTAIV really is a different GTA game. JeansofFly said it was similar to VCS. But it is not. Overall it might be a humorous game. Amd yet it is a very serious and deep game. A few games have managed to make me cry like a bitch.

GTAIII. I liked the straightforward story with a clear focus on the end goal (kill Catalina). GTAIV may have been better written but I felt like it drifted off and lost focus in several parts, especially the section with Pegorino. Same goes for pretty much every post-GTA3 game's storyline. They've all had those parts where as GTA3 didn't.

Voted for Grand Theft Auto III. No doubt IV is the most well written out of all the GTA games, but I think III nailed it with the atmosphere and the utter grittiness dripping from the storyline. I also like its relatively simple structure as you control Claude following one goal, while meeting other characters aiding you and you aiding them along the way.

Except this goal isn't really there for most of the game, and it feels like Claude just works for whoever and simply happens to stumble upon Catalina.

Pretty right, but once you fall in love with it, you won't need any details

The whole point of the story was to disrupt the Columbian Cartel drug trade that Claude knew Catalina ran, to piss off Catalina and eventually get a chance to kill her. Claude was using all the other gangs for his own gain from the very start. Claude knew the best way to get to Catalina would be to take advantage of other gangs hospitality and need for a henchman. The whole story and game play was focused down on that knowledge to the point where it was made clear what the goal of the game was once you started messing with the Triads and Diablos.

Gta 4 well written with good voice acting and good pacing and two strong endings

Gta 3 its simple but works a simple revenge story while doubling as an errand boy for various criminal factions

After that I'd say SA it's all over the place but I enjoyed watching CJ become a crime lord and saving his hood from crack dealers

GTA IV. Every time I go back and play through the story again, I love it more each and every time. How the certain events that unfold in EFLC as well that ties in with the diamond story is just fantastic in my opinion.

What's the 1982 part then?

I know one thing that Every 3D Universe Game should be remake like Resident Evil 2 has got remake with good graphics & fixes on old version like example GTA Vice City Remake,GTA 3 Remake,GTA San Andreas Remake(this is especially because original game is a bug that many time the game crashes without using any mods also.)

completely disagree that gta vc is worth a 10/10. It's just perfectly thought out for sure.

The only Grand Theft Auto game with a proper story is Grand Theft Auto IV.

However, I really like stories of Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. These are very good, too. Simple, but good.
