Jack Lupino
I dont know what that "XD" at the end supposed to mean. Anyways, have you checked the control settings to change the camera view? The default key is "V" but it is changed sometimes. There are 6 camera angles afaik and you cant change camera view in a car with mouse like in San Andreas.

Does the fact that I have the steam version of vice city have something to do with it, even tho GTA 3 isn't the steam version for me. and XD means that I'm laughing so bad that I'm dead because of it, cause old cartoon characters die with crosses as eyes
MrMateczko
Try a different keyboard, if you don't have one, just go to a nearest shop, they are very cheap.

Welp, I Have A Laptop And I Use The Built-In Keyboard Mainly, This Also Does Not Happen In Other Games. Could It Be The GTA Engine And My Hardware Not Working Together Because As Far As I Can Remember I Have Played GTA 3 Before On It Without The Issue. Don't Both The Games Use The Same Engine? MrMateczko
Try disabling the touchpad in your laptop. Do you use an external mouse plugged in to your laptop? Try without it, if so.

Ok Il Try Disabling The Touchpad, But That Doesn't Make Sense Because I Changed The Sensitivity And The Thing Was The Camera Panned Down Didn't Change Sensitivity, I Have Tried Without My External Mouse (This Here Is After I Tried Disabling The Touchpad) Didn't Work... Il Try Some Other Things Edited January 9, 2018 by Timber P
