2,why do player dots turn red on radar

3 is it Ok to kill rival ceo in gtav or is it a banning offence?

1 and 2: the more people you kill, the higher your mental state goes (psycho) and the redder your dot becomes.

3: The game actually tells you to attack other CEOs, do you really think they'd ban you for it?

I know you could attack rival ceo but just wanted to make sure what happens if your ment bar fills to the last mine is empty
