Loads on my laptop in like 1 min (not installed on ssd), maybe time for an upgrade?

Might be the specs of your laptop.

CPU speed/HDD/SSD speeds too. Make sure Windows isn't using 100% of your disk.

I played on a laptop for more than a year and never had this kind of issue, only disconnections were frequent due to Wi-Fi. If you can afford change to a desktop.

Apparently the problem wasn't my laptop actually, there was something weird with the servers.
