Falling under the map problem

So I have a problem after I got the doomsday heist update,my car just randomly falls under the map and after reaching the end doesnt stay in the ground but falls again and again repeatedly.It happens both in online and offline mode I can kill myself in online but it is a pain in the ass while playing story mode.Also the area turns a different colour when this happens

Since the DD Heist update, I've seen at least one person fall through the map every time we've played through the Pacific Standard Signal setup (Avi). It happens immediately after the cutscene where you pull Avi out of the hut.

 

It's not a huge problem because whoever falls down there just ends up floating in the water under the island: they can't be shot by the cops down there, and only one person needs to take Avi to the drop off to complete the setup anyway. It is kind of freaky though.
